Audienţa cetăţenilor se efectuează conform Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 463 din 02.10.2019 cu privire la organizarea audienţei cetăţenilor:

Pentru eficientizarea activității ministerului și în scopul asigurării protecției drepturilor și intereselor cetățenilor, în cadrul ministerului activează un Centru de consultanță, care oferă informații cetățenilor conform domeniilor de competență a ministerului. Activitatea centrului este asigurată de către angajații ministerului prin rotație, conform graficului aprobat lunar de către conducerea ministerului. Centru este deschis în fiecare zi de luni până vineri, conform programului de lucru (8.00-17.00)
