În contextul schimbării sezoniere a orei de vară, care va avea loc pe data de 31 martie 2019, când ora 03:00 va deveni ora 04:00, iar ziua de 31 martie va avea doar 23 de ore, Ministerul Sănătății, Muncii și Protecției Sociale, atenționează:

 

În primele săptămâni după schimbarea orei de vară sunt posibile tulburări de somn. La fel, pe lângă oboseală, poate apărea o ușoară depresie, lipsa poftei de mâncare, dureri de cap. Aceste simptome sunt normale. În caz că apar complicații ale durerilor sau acutizări ale îmbolnăvirilor cronice este necesară adresarea imediată la medic.

 

Totodată, este indicat ca în această perioadă, să facem mai multă mișcare, să avem un somn sănătos și să consumăm alimente bogate în vitamine și minerale.
