Prezentarea Ghidului nutrițional și standardelor alimentare pentru instituțiile școlare din Republica Moldova

Astăzi,  5 mai,  Ministerul Sănătății,  Muncii și Protecție Sociale în colaborare cu UNICEF Moldova, a validat Ghidul nutrițional și standardele alimentare pentru instituțiile școlare din Republica Moldova,prezentat online de către expertul Ludmila Ivanova, Profesor la Universitatea de Medicină din Sofia.

 

În cadrul evenimentului au fost înaintate propuneri pentru elaborarea standardelor ce reflectă un aport adecvat de nutrienți în baza unei alimentații sănătoase și diversificate:

 

- îmbunătățirea abilității serviciilor de alimentație în școli și a personalului acestora pentru a asigura o nutriţie mai sănătoasă;

 

 -asigurarea aportului energetic și nutritiv de care au nevoie copiii și adolescenții;

 

-susținerea și educarea copiilor pentru a dezvolta obiceiuri alimentare sănătoase;

 

 - alinierea standardelor noi la cele mai recente valori dietetice de referință ale Uniunii Europene/Autorității Europeane pentru Siguranța Alimentară.

 

Ghidul nutrițional și standardele alimentare pentru instituțiile școlare din Republica Moldova urmează a fi aprobate în viitorul apropiat.
