Noi măsuri de protecție a lucrătorilor de riscurile generate de câmpurile electromagnetice la locul de muncă, aprobate de Guvern

Angajatorii vor fi obligați să evalueze toate riscurile generate de câmpurile electromagnetice, să determine nivelul de expunere a lucrătorilor la locul de muncă, să ia măsurile necesare privind eliminarea sau reducerea la minimum a acestora.

 

În acest sens, Executivul a aprobat astăzi cerințele minime de securitate şi sănătate referitoare la expunerea lucrătorilor la riscuri generate de câmpuri electromagnetice.

 

Potrivit proiectului angajatorul va elabora, după caz, un plan de acţiuni care va cuprinde măsurile tehnice şi/sau organizatorice pentru evitarea expunerii salariaților la câmpurile electromagnetice ce depăşesc valorile-limită de expunere.

 

Odată cu aprobarea documentului vor fi simplificate procedurile de prevenire împotriva factorilor de risc și crearea unor medii de muncă favorabile, va fi asigurată protecţia eficientă a sănătăţii persoanelor la locul de muncă și va fi diminuat numărul accidentelor la locul de muncă şi al bolilor profesionale.

 

Menționăm că, proiectul a fost elaborat în contextul tendinţei de armonizare a legislaţiei naţionale cu cea europeană și are drept scop transpunerea dispoziţiilor Directivei Parlamentului European şi Consiliului 2013/35/UE a Parlamentului European şi a Consiliului din 26 iunie 2013 privind cerinţele minime de sănătate şi securitate referitoare la expunerea lucrătorilor la riscuri generate de agenţii fizici (câmpurile electromagnetice).
