Ministerul Sănătății, Muncii și Protecției Sociale anunță că la data de 02 septembrie 2018 a intrat în vigoare Legea nr. 22 / 2018 „Cu privire la exercitarea unor activităţi necalificate cu caracter ocazional desfăşurate de zilieri”, care reglementează activităţile necalificate cu caracter ocazional desfăşurate de către zilieri, pentru diminuarea fenomenului de ocupare informală a forţei de muncă în domeniul agriculturii.

 

În acest sens, întreprinderile sau organizaţiile cu statut de persoană juridică ori fizică, pentru care zilierii exercită activităţi necalificate cu caracter ocazional vor prezenta, până la data de 15 a fiecărei luni, Inspecţiei teritoriale de muncă, în a cărei rază de competenţă este amplasat, un extras din Registrul de evidenţă conţinînd înregistrările din luna precedentă, pe suport de hârtie sau în format electronic.

 

Subliniem că, constatarea contravenţiilor survenite în urma nerespectării legii se vor efectua de către Inspectoratul de Stat al Muncii şi/sau Serviciul Fiscal de Stat.
