Negocieri pe marginea proiectului Acordului în domeniul securităţii sociale între Republica Moldova şi Republica Elenă

În perioada 13-15 noiembrie 2019, în incinta Ministerului Sănătății, Muncii și Protecției Sociale are loc a doua rundă de negocieri pe marginea proiectului Acordului în domeniul securităţii sociale între Republica Moldova şi Republica Elenă. 

 

La negocieri, participă experți din cadrul Ministerului Sănătății, Muncii și Protecției Sociale, Casei Naționale de Asigurări Sociale, Consiliului Național pentru Determinarea Dizabilității și Capacității de Muncă, Ministerului Afacerilor Externe și Integrării Europene. 

 

Scopul Acordului este asigurarea unui cadru de garanţii de securitate socială pentru lucrătorii migranţi din Republica Moldova, care desfășoară sau au desfășurat o activitate de muncă și/sau domiciliază pe teritoriul unuia sau ambelor state contractante.

 

În baza Acordului, persoanele îndreptățite vor beneficia de pensii pentru limită de vârstă, pensii de dizabilitate cauzată de afecțiuni generale, pensii şi indemnizaţii de dizabilitate în urma accidentelor de muncă sau cauzată de boli profesionale, pensii de urmaș. 

 

Încheierea Acordului va contribui la consolidarea securității sociale și va intensifica colaborarea între autoritățile și instituțiile competente ale celor două state contractante.
