Assignment Title: Local Consultant for „Primary Health Care” Automated Information System (AIS PHC) Project Coordinator Reference No.: CO/16/IDA
The implementation of the Automated Information System "Primary Health Care" (AIS PHC) is ongoing within the Ministry of Health, Labour and Social Protection. The Ministry of Health, Labour and Social Protection (MSMPS) has contracted an external provider within a public tender to deliver and implement a solution for the MHLSP.
Currently, the AIS PHC implementation project is under the preparation phase for commissioning.
In order to successfully launch AIS PHC, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Social Protection intends to select and contract a coordinator / expert in information technologies, who will assess the AIS PHC, and who will be able to visit the healthcare institutions and assess the overall situation on the country level on AIS PHC compliance with the personal data protection requirements.
The basic outcome of the IT Coordinator's activity will be to undertake all necessary measures on behalf of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Social Protection to finalize and implement at national level the Automated Information System "Primary Health Care" (AIS PHC).
The Project Coordinator should be compliant with the following minimum qualification requirements:
• Higher education in the IT field;
• At least 10 years’ experience in implementing information systems;
• To hold at least one of the professional certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CEH, OSCP;
• Be available for carrying out the activities that will be required to complete the AIS PHC, both at the beneficiary's premises and remotely;
• Be fluent in Romanian and English Languages.
The Consultant is expected to start his/her activity immediately.
The duration of the assignment is at least 6 months with the possibility of further contract extension.
This is a full-time assignment.
