Semnarea memorandumului de înțelegere cu SUA privind dezvoltarea serviciilor specializate pentru bărbații victime ai traficului de ființe umane

La 30 iulie 2019, Ministerul Sănătății, Muncii, Protecției Sociale, Agenția Națională pentru Asistență Socială și Organizația Internațională a Muncii (OIM) Moldova au semnat un Memorandum de Înțelegere privind asistența Guvernului S.U.A. în dezvoltarea serviciilor specializate pentru bărbații victime ai traficului de ființe umane.

 

Ceremonia de semnare a avut loc în cadrul evenimentului de marcare a Zilei mondiale împotriva traficului de persoane. Împreună cu Misiunea OIM în Moldova, Misiunea OSCE în Moldova, Guvernul Moldovei și centrul La Strada, Ambasada SUA a marcat această zi prin lansarea „Invisible in plain sight” (Invizibili printre noi), o instalație de artă publică care afișează zece figurine pe care sunt inscripționate istoriile reale ale victimelor traficului de persoane care locuiesc printre noi. Expoziția poate fi vizionată la America House în decursul următoarelor zile.
