Sistem de programare online la unele servicii medicale, lansat în regim pilot

Moldovenii se vor putea programa online la unele serviciile medicale de înaltă performanţă. Compania Naţională de Asigurări în Medicină ( CNAM) a lansat la 1 noiembrie 2019, în regim pilot, un sistem informațional de raportare și evidență a serviciilor medicale. Măsura are menirea de a crește nivelul de transparență în procesul de prestare a serviciilor medicale şi de utilizare a mijloacelor financiare destinate acestora.

 

Pacienţii se vor putea programa online la servicii precum: diagnostic funcţional, imagistică medicală, investigaţii de radiodiagnostic, endoscopie, examen audiologic, servicii medicale de profil oftalmologic, de anestezie, urmând linkul  https://sirsm.cnam.gov.md. Astfel, la accesarea sistemului informaţional, medicii vor putea să identifice persoana în baza de date a CNAM, să verifice statutul de asigurat sau neasigurat al acesteia şi să completeze online biletul de trimitere la serviciile medicale de înaltă performanţă.

 

Procedura va putea fi realizată atât de pacient cât şi de medic, dacă bolnavul nu poate utiliza computerul. Programarea va putea fi făcută şi prin intermediul Centrului de apel INFO CNAM, la numărul de telefon 0 800 99999.

 

În prioada testării, vor fi acceptate atât biletele de trimitere generate prin intermediul sistemului, cât şi Forma 027/e. Sistemul poate fi accesat de la computer sau de pe orice dispozitiv conectat la Internet, fără a fi necesară instalarea unor aplicaţii sau programe suplimentare. Sistem va fi pilotat până la sfâşitul anului de instituţiile medicale contractate de CNAM, precum şi de către pacienţi.
