Traficul de fiinţe umane – subiect de discuţie între Moldova şi Ucraina

În perioada 17-18 aprilie 2018, la Odesa, Ucraina, reprezentanții Ministerului Sănătății, Muncii și Protecției Sociale, împreună cu cei ai MAEIE, ai Agenției Servicii Publice, ai MAI (Poliției de Frontieră, Biroului Migrație și Azil) au participat în cadrul unei mese rotunde cu genericul „Procedura privind identificarea și asigurarea asistenței și protecției persoanelor care au suferit în urma traficului de ființe umane, copiilor neânsoțiți și persoanelor aflate în situație de dificultate”.

 

Întrunirea bilaterală a constituit o platformă de discuții cu omologii din Ucraina, în cadrul căreia au fost abordate următoarele subiecte:

 

• Strategia de cooperare a Sistemului Național de Referire (SNR) a Ucrainei și Republicii Moldova. Bunele practici și expunerea dificultăților în identificare și acordare a ajutorului în reintegrarea persoanelor care au suferit în urma traficului de ființe umane, copiilor neînsoțiți persoanelor aflate în situație de dificultate și persoanelor fără identitate;

 

• Cooperarea interstatală a serviciului Migrațional, Ministerelor Justiției și consulatelor privind acordarea asistenței juridice în perfectarea (restabilirea) actelor în procesul de documentare a apatrizilor în determinarea cetățeniei, precum și legalizarea actelor ;

 

• Aspectele-cheie în identificarea și documentarea apatrizilor aflați în situație de dificultate: stabilirea identității, documentarea, legalizarea.

 

De asemenea, au fost abordate cele mai dificile cazuri ale cetățenilor Republicii Moldova, identificați în situație de dificultate, precum și s-a coordonat algoritmul de cooperare dintre țări în vederea soluționării dificultățile cu care se confruntă ambele state în procesul de documentare ai beneficiarilor.

 

La finalitatea mesei rotunde,  participanții au consemnat necesitatea organizării unor astfel de întruniri, utilizînd platforma multidisciplinară a ambelor state pe acest segment.
