Employment policies

Direcția politici ocupaționale este o subdiviziune care are ca scop elaborarea politicii de stat în domeniul ocupării forței de muncă, în special:

 

a) elaborarea și promovarea măsurilor de susținere a ocupării forței de muncă, ținîndu-se cont de tendințele și provocările pieței muncii, precum și necesitățile individuale ale persoanelor aflate în căutarea unui loc de muncă;

 

b) stabilirea reglementărilor referitor la modul de înregistrare a persoanelor aflate în căutarea unui loc de muncă la agențiile pentru ocuparea forței de muncă, modul de stabilire a statutului de șomer, modul de calculare și plată a ajutorului de șomaj;

 

c) dezvoltarea sistemelor de analiză și informare a pieței muncii;

 

d) coordonarea procesului de elaborare a standardelor ocupaționale și activității comitetelor sectoriale ca structuri tripartite care reprezintă o platformă de comunicare între guvernul, patronatele și sindicatele privind formarea profesională în sectorul economic respectiv.
